The house is generously built and can accommodate 2 - 10  people. It was originally used as a private home and is now temporarily a home for people seeking peace and quiet.

 The centerpiece is the 45 m2 living room with satellite TV and internet connection. WIFI is available for free. Two large couches provide space for relaxing, reading or watching TV. The large dining table is right next to the tiled stove, which is surrounded by a stove bench. From the living room you can go directly to the sunny terrace or in the conservatory, which invites you to sit and relax. Enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones in a romantic atmosphere. This is especially romantic for natural spectacles like snowfall, rain or thunderstorms.

The house has a kitchen with electric stove and oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, water boiler  and a dishwasher.

Villa EMILIA consists of three bathrooms, two of which with toilet and shower and the third with toilet and bath.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double water bed, another with a double bed and a third room (children's room) with a bunk bed and a single bed.

Another bedroom in the basement which is right next to one of the bathrooms.

We provide extra beds for more than 9 people. This beds can be placed in the rooms as desired. As for babies we have a total of 2 baby cots.

In the basement there is the sauna (for a fee), a washing machine (for a fee), an extensive library a games collection, and a spacious cloakroom.

Villa EMILIA is sunny and centrally located in the heart of Großdorf. It is surrounded by a large garden (1800 m2), which of course can be enjoyed by you and fully shared.

 The 40 m2 terrace faces south-east and you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The property is fenced and surrounded by a hedge. You can feel at home and undisturbed. For children there is a climbing frame with swing and slide.

 Your pets are welcome and can also enjoy being in the garden. Please understand that we have to charge a surcharge for pets, as the cleaning requires a greater effort.

 There is a parking space in front of the house, enough for 3 cars. A garage parking space is also available.
